Rabbi Wallerstein clip - no matter what we see or hear or what others say, ein od milvado!!
Please listen to this important clip from Rabbi Wallerstein given Yisro 2009
It describes how confusing it will be at the end of days and how important it is for us to build our emunah and relationship with Hashem so that we are strong in the face of unbelievable time and space validation that could lead us to forsake the truth, chas v'chalilah.

Doesn't it seem that the tactics of terrorism and succumbing to the illogic of emotional equivalencies, which play on the minds of people like a World Series playoff - who will win world opinion - could that be what will differentiate the Eiruv Rav from those rooted in emunah peshuta, simple emunah? And if so, does that not direct us to the hallmark of Yosef HaTzaddik, the progenetor of Moshiach ben Yosef, who rose above his nature and did what was Hashem's will? Is ein od milvado the fine tooth comb to separate out the eiruv rav? And with this warning, can we bring ourselves to the level of Yosef HaTzaddik, Rabbi Akiva, Chanina ben Dosa, Mattisyahu ben Yochanan and others or do we need a leader to show us? Or can we just ask Hashem, on their merits, that we SEE it, so please save us, even though we can't do it ourselves?

Perhaps this scenario is not meant to be taken literally? The suicide "martyrs"of the Moslem world, claiming to sacrifice themselves to liberate Jerusalem for Allah, seem to have a level of legitimacy in the eyes of the so-called enlightened progressives of the world, while those slaughtered al kiddush HaShem are either demonized or ignored after a few crocodile tears. Achmadinijad, the most volatile and dangerous leader of a Moslem nation, is about to achieve "crazy" nuclear"power". And what of the president of the United States, grabbing unprecedented, unconstitutional executive power, trying to change the dynamics of the world's most powerful political system? What is most frightening to me is the definition of who is the eruv rav- those who cause others to sin. We may think we are safe from being part of that definition, to the extent that we have emunah, but are we causing others to sin? The Baal Teshuva Movement has been followed by a bewildering Off the Derech Movement- how much are we responsible for these neshamos losing their way? Are they redeemable? Are they now eruv rav? Are still considered tinok shenishba, even if they remain kiruv-resistant, and pull others along with them, Rachmana litzlan? The only refuge is in Ein Od Milvado, b/c with all our confusion and blindness, we are still all connected to each other within Him, and consciously or not, are relying on Him as a fetus relies upon it's mother's womb."Outside" doesn't exist. Whatever we will have to endure within, we are within our loving Father.

Thanks Golda
Rabbi Akiva Tatz told this same segment, with the provision up front that geopolitically we can't take it as a descrption, but that spiritually it will look just like this. I guess in retrospect.
But for us, all we have control over is our choices to know that all there is in the world is the simple unity of Hashem and to utilize that knowledge to choose soul over body as much as we can, thereby bringing mitzvahs and His Attributes into our daily lives, may there be a growing number of people in this avoda.

Thank you for reading my blog. Yes I agree that it feels familiar.
Surely ein od milvado consciousness is the pathway for us to do the internal work we need to in order to recognize the ultimate truth about who we are - emissaries of Hashem here to correct an aspect of Adom's sin. We are all here to fix something within us, to improve our characteristics and re-make ourselves in Hashem's image by bringing out His attributes.
I don't know the answers past that but I appreciate the question very much. All I can say is that we will be redeemed by zechus Avos, because Hashem promised them and especially Rachel Imeinu that their children would be returned and that there will be a third Bais HaMikdosh, may it be very soon.
In this morning news is a great proof of Hashem's listening to prayers - Rabbi Eliashiv, HaRav Posek HaDor Yosef Shalom ben Chaya Mushka, was able to have the respirator taken out and is breathing with oxygen today while the doctors check to see how his vital organs are operating, may he be restored to complete physical, mental, and spiritual capacity. Such an occurrence reveals the true makeup of the world, the power of prayer, the rachamim of Hashem, and the role of mankind. May he recover and lead us quickly to comprehend ein od milvado consciousness and more, so that we can be zocheh to redemption!!
