Move yourself from negativity to peace - a step by step guide to heal yourself and save the world
I find myself in a place of negativity and constriction, either from a bad memory, a bad experience, or a bad midda and I want to get out of the negativity. It stems from just a thought, a piece of electricity, a drop of dust.
The thought that is generating my negative experience and came into my realm and disempowered me with constriction and negativity is just a thought and I wish to dissolve it and move myself to a place of peace and vitality instead. A piece of the energy that Hashem sends me is trapped in this thought or thought chain and subsequent emotions, lowering my vitality.
The thought or thought chain generating the pain by definition must be a subjective thought with errors that deviate from Torah because Torah restores the soul – the thought behind it or my commentary on the thought must be corrupted, not true. The thought chain is not “kosher.” The more I think it and live it and feed energy and emotion to it, the more I fuel destructive forces in the world.
Because there is only Hashem in the world, because Hashem is the source of everything, I know that the energy behind this thought belongs to You Hashem and comes from You as a test or opportunity, somehow for my good, for my ultimate growth, development and perfection..
Because You placed it into my sphere of responsibility and subjected it to my free willed choice, I choose to release the energy behind the corrupted thought and re-connect that energy to You Hashem by channeling it to learning Torah, doing mitzvahs, or emulating Hashem’s middos and thereby dissolve the negative emotions that are coming from the original corrupted thought. Please also remove all destructive beings that I have been creating while holding this negativity in my heart, for I regret fueling them. May the peace that results from my free-willed choice to re-commit the energy behind the corrupted thought to Torah, mitzvahs and middos be a peace for Klal Yisroel and may Hashem forgive us, have mercy on us and redeem us speedily.
